Joshua Idehen is a spoken word artist and musician, born in London to Nigerian parents and now based in Stockholm. He contributed poems to the Mercury-nominated Channel The Spirits by The Comet Is Coming and to Your Queen Is A Reptile and the MOBO-winning Black Is The Future, both by Sons of Kemet, and worked with the Los Angeles electronic producer Daedelus on the album Holy Water Over Sons. In 2023 he collaborated with the producer Ludvig Parment on the mixtape Learn To Swim, which led to a performance in front of the King of Sweden and Angelique Kidjo at that year's Polar Music Prize ceremony. Concerned by gentrification and the closure of music venues, he founded the online fanzine anothergreatnightout.com to celebrate Passing Clouds, one of the first venues he played.
