Music Kite does not control all third-party cookies. Third-party services have their own cookie policies, privacy policies and settings.

6. Live Hubs and cookies

Music Kite Live Hubs allow Music Kite content to be embedded on third-party websites.

When a Live Hub is displayed, Music Kite may process technical information needed to deliver the embedded content, such as:

  • request information
  • browser type
  • device type
  • referrer information
  • performance data
  • security information
  • usage data

Live Hubs may also use essential technologies needed to load and display the embedded feed.

If analytics or marketing measurement is applied to Live Hubs, it should be handled in line with consent requirements and applicable law.

Third-party websites that embed Live Hubs may have their own cookie banners and privacy policies. Music Kite is not responsible for the cookie practices of third-party websites.

7. Current and planned tools

Music Kite may use or introduce the following tools as the platform develops.

Supabase

Supabase may be used for authentication, database, storage and backend services. Supabase-related cookies or storage may support login, session management and platform security.

Vercel

Vercel may be used for hosting, deployment, performance and analytics. Vercel-related technologies may support platform delivery and performance measurement.

Resend

Resend may be used to send emails. Email tools may process information related to delivery, bounce handling, email status and service communications.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager may be used to manage analytics, marketing and measurement tags.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics may be used to understand traffic, user behaviour, platform usage and campaign performance.

Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel may be used for advertising measurement, campaign performance and audience-related marketing features.

TikTok Pixel

TikTok Pixel may be used for advertising measurement, campaign performance and audience-related marketing features.

Stripe

Stripe may be introduced later if Music Kite launches online payments, subscriptions or paid plans. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for fraud prevention, payment processing and compliance.

8. Managing cookies

You can manage cookies in several ways.

8.1 Music Kite cookie controls

Where available, you can use the Music Kite cookie consent interface to accept, reject or manage non-essential cookie categories.

Music Kite may update this Cookie Policy as the platform develops, as tools change or as new features are introduced.

If changes are significant, Music Kite may notify users by email, in-app notice or another appropriate method.
